‘The Georgetown’ is a $10M redevelopment of a previously abandoned and dilapidated apartment complex in the Meadows area of Indianapolis, near the State Fairgroun
Through the combining of smaller units, the development now consists of 90 two, three and four-bedroom units, each with two floors. Extensive site development includes new underground storm drainage system, new paving, site lighting, landscaping, patio enclosures, and fencing.
