Description
This project involves the expansion of a 13-acre ranch along the Arkansas River in Buena Vista, CO to include a new 2,400 sf Activity Barn and the renovation of an existing 4,000 sf main residence. A boat ramp will lead from a lower level boat garage to the whitewater Arkansas river immediately behind the property. The property lies between the Collegiate peaks and Sawatch mountain ranges.
